Once we accept the cancellation request within ten days, refunds are going to be processed in 3-4 business days and can only be credited to the customer’s registered bank account. Any modifications within the bank account details will take 48 business hours from the time of the request. If a customer loses his mobile phone, therein case We aren't liable for any reasonable refund or money waiver to the customer's loss. That loss is going to be only bearable by the customer.
